"This is no 5* star hotel. Superficially the hotel looks fine especially in the promotions, however in reality the facilities were poor and food was cold and uninspired. Rooms barely cleaned daily and amenities in room not replaced. The little touches of your normal 5* were not at this hotel. Had booked half board but gave up and ate out . Would recommend the Medsa and Island Restaurant (this is unrelated to the hotel)"

"Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people."

All staff were super helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of from the minute we arrived till the early breakfast that was provided on the day we left! The entertainment was fun! "Beautiful hotel, very well located. At first glance, you might feel a bit of envy when arriving on site, as the hotel is surrounded by larger and more modern resorts. However, Bella Beach offers everything a family with young children could need. The buffet is exceptionally good, so in my opinion there’s no real need to book the à la carte restaurants. The only downside of our stay was a small issue with the air conditioning. That said, the staff is truly friendly, and I highly recommend this place."

"The most impressive was quality of food in buffet and the 3 restaurants. It's also perfect for families with kids. Cleaning was good, but missed some spots occasionally. The rooms are descent sized, comfy beds, bathroom was a bit small, but not a problem. What made stay great was that it was such a compact resort, but somehow they have "hidden the rooms" so it doesn't feel crowded. Beach is great, with plenty of chairs, pools the same. Amazing place for kids, as they kept meeting new friends, and parents could relax with a good overview pools and beach areas. Kids club had good opening hours and nice staff. Some staff members were excellent, some average, but they were all helpful with the kids. Food was beyond expectations. Top ingredients cooked very well. Exceptional value for money. What could be improved- Though most food was included, a couple of dishes needed extra payment. No roomservice was included in the Effortless package, but the ice cream shop was. There were 2 Wine lists, Effortless (all inc) + regular. The regular was available everywhere, the full effortless only in restaurants. In Bars only 3 wines, but all drinks included. Wine selection on effortless wine list could be improved, but a couple of good wines so no issues. Did not like shampoo and shower gel at all. Overall, for what we paid, we feel we received great value, our kid met so many new friends it was a great vacation for all. Will definitely be back."

"Il n’y a pas de plage sinon une toute petite plage publique aux alentours. La piscine ne suffit pas pour la taille de la clientèle. Il manquait de serviette de piscine pratiqument tous les jours. Le restaurant principal, en partie buffet, est étonamment élégant. On y mange aussi très bien."
