"It is a lovely hotel. We felt very welcomed by the owner Kiriakos & the staff. Both Kiriakos & the staff are very friendly. "Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. I would just recommend a few things for the hotel
1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water
2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink.
3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable.
4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu
5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces and should be able to go every night and not one restaurants per week. If it is all inclusive I should be able to go to a restaurant as many times as I want during my stay and it shouldn't be through the app.
6. There should be a snack bar or even a few with real snacks, like sandwiches and crisps and chocolate.
