"Fresh but a little cold"

"Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. The building itself was absolutely stunning with bags of character. The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. We hope to make another visit in the near future "

"Lovely hotel & the room was also lovely.. not a large room but everything you needed you in the room. Very comfortable bed plenty of towels .enough coffee / tea & bottle water. Staff very friendly plenty of car spaces. Would highly recommend this hotel & definitely been booking again in the near future…. Keep up the great work…. "

"Internet: Sketchy (was on and off) Staff were excellent Bar/Food was very good Didnt have breakfast so did not rate, but if as per restaurant food I am sure wit would be good"

"The hotel is decked out with Christmas decorations and looks very festive. My stay was excellent again. Lovely friendly staff and great spa facilities. "

"Staff member who checked us in was polite and pleasant. Lovely clean and spacious loft room, huge bathroom which was on the lower floor. Beautiful sort white towels (although we did only have one bath towel). Breakfast hamper was great. It would be useful to have had a small table to eat at."
