"The Park Head is great and I stay here often. The shower was a little smelly on this visit. I wish the rooms had a fridge and either bottled water or maybe a glass so you drink water from the tap. "

"Our superior room was looking tired and we didn’t have all the amenities in our room that are described on this site ie slippers,robes,coffee maker,espresso - the listing needs to be updated as I believe we have been “missold” No lift and a lot of stairs to access our room Breakfast was not as good as expected - the cooked breakfast was poor, poached eggs were hard and there was only one choice of pastry on the continental buffet, only one choice of milk and only cubed sugar that you can’t sprinkle on cereal "
