"The room was not as described or pictured. Nothing deluxe about it. The bed board was old and worn off. It appeared the staff downgraded my room. Hotel in general is getting old and needs upgrades and renovation. "

"The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again."
