"Staff went above and beyond to get a room ready for me when I arrived early, despite not having booked with early check-in! Beautiful lobby and dining area, and well decorated rooms. Connecting passage to Marina Square mall could be more accessible and inviting, looks like I'm walking through a narrow place I shouldn't be, like a staff/employee only area."

"I booked a no refund stay expecting that if extra ordinary events would be allowed. For a start Emirates 4 days before my flight changed my flight from 10:35am (EK315) to 1:40am (EK349) which destroyed my stay reducing it to 4 hours as I flew up on the 5th on SQ232. That flight after an aborted landing went to KL. We returned to Singapore and I got to stay in the hotel for 1 hour. No allowance was given by the hotel. "

"Everything was perfect for us. The location is perfect. 2 mins walk from City Hall MRT and walk-in access to Raffle City plaza. If they also had toilets with bidet and king size bed options that would have been amazing."
