"First the bad stuff…There pricing was up there with some bigger chains so expect more from a hotel. I received a room that looked clean-ish, but they hadn’t changed the sheets. Just made the bed again. There was a clear indication that someone had slept in the bed before, plus there was hair by the pillows. "Unfortunate “renovation” of lovely old building took all the charm and character and trashed it for artificial surfaces, ugly bland furnishings, and tiny cell-like rooms. Do hotels really get stars for having a pool table or a shiny plastic chandelier? Sad. Front desk staffed by cheerful young woman, which was the only saving grace of an empty town and depressing hotel. "
