Not good experience of stay

No it was not amazing. The service is poor specially restaurant service. they don't have menu to select food of your choice. Tea bags and milk pouch were provided only first day...they remain out of stock... have one excuse or other. Unprofessional staff.

Overpriced hotel

Overpriced hotel. The location was good. Hot water was only in the morning. The bed was ok, but room was very small. The centralized heating was working well. The bathroom was not upto the mark. WiFi was slow and breakfast was below average. The reception and bell boys were very good;but restaurant staffs lacked attitude.

La apariencia del hotel en la web era mucho mejor que lo que nos encontramos una vez allí. Ubicado en un centro comercial con algunas plantas aún por terminar. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal son extremadamente ruidosas, debido al tráfico proveniente del exterior. La limpieza de las habitaciones es mejorable. No disponen de secador de pelo. Sólo hay agua caliente unas cuantas horas al día, y no se te avisa de ello al hacer el check-in en el hotel.
