"For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too. "A great hotel with amazing staff. The courtesy bus to Universal Studios was awesome, but the hotel itself was walking distance (~10min). Complimentary water, drinkable in room coffee, comfortable and nothing was too hard for any staff member. As a family with 2 children, it was a fantastic hotel!!!"
