I love this hotel and stay here every time I come to Simi. Not only is it in a really great location in terms of food and coffee that’s just a few steps away, but the hotel staff are always so pleasant and helpful. It’s always clean and well taken care of. Definitely my first choice!

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous! The amenities were good for what I paid for, comfy bed, clean room, etc. However, the bathroom seemed outdated, had bad lighting and no ventilation at all. There was also writing on the wall in the bathroom. Overall a good stay, nothing stood out. checking and out with the BonVoy app was easy.
