"While this hotel is conveniently located down the street and It’s only a 12-15 minute walk I probably won’t be staying again... this is the third and final stay for me. The last time the fire alarms went off and we were not notified(it was a test and not a real fire that they were going to be conducted all morning, and we only found out about it when we saw a note on our lower floor on a door to which we asked the hotel staff about) and this time there was a water shut off, which the only sign displayed is at the front desk(way to the right and not in front of where you check in) and not on the rooms and so we were not told upon check-in and had to ask ourselves. The hotel also charges you a giant incentive and parking payment when you arrive and this is not noted on Hotels.com so when I paid for my hotel for three nights at $415 I thought I was good to go. It was unfortunate that I got there and they asked for a credit card to hold the room which is understandable but an additional $267 was been taken for my account on top of the 415. Coming to a grand total of almost $700 for three nights at a hotel that does not deserve to charge this much. Although the staff was very friendly, I won’t be staying here again due to the hidden fees and the worn down rooms. The bathtub was peeling the sink had massive cracks in it and the uncomfortable beds were enough to make u cry. The only good part about the rooms was the massive TV that they probably spent their whole budget on."

"The hotel was immaculate. Our king room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was heated so that we could enjoy it even in cooler weather. Breakfast buffet was not great, dinner food was amazing."

"Unfortunately our stay was not delightful. No wifi. My verizon couldn't even connect. Loud neighbors after 9. No bathroom divider toilet)shower from sink area waste of entire bathroom. No sign to keep staff out of room while we visited. Phone barely on wall. Plugs under phone don't keep anything tight so phone charging never happened. "

"The hotel was perfect! Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue I had was that I was charges 2 $200 deposits for the room instead of 1. "
