"I go by reviews when I chose a place to stay. I liked the reviews I read so I booked this hotel. I wish I would have heard how small the rooms were and even smaller the bathroom was. I am not a big guy and I usually travel with my wife and we share getting ready in a bathroom with no problem. This hotel bathroom was so small you barely can fit one person. There was also hair on the shower walls. The refrigerator does not have a freezer and it is right next to the door so anyone opening it would be hit when your trying to get something out of the fridge. Overall the room was ok. You have to pay for parking which I don't understand. You paid for a room so you should get a parking space. I will not book this hotel in the future."

"Even though the hotel is very close to the airport, staying on the top floor you don't hear the airplane noise. The room seem well insulated. Good bed; good refrigerator.. Although parking is not free, it is outdoors and easy to get in and out of the lot."

"The staff is awesome…I’m big on customer service and I saw almost every employee engaging with new guests & current guests. The most friendly I’ve ever been to a hotel. Cleanliness can do a little better…I walked in my hotel room & I did a quick clean & there was still a lot of dirt, someone’s old make up lipstick on doorknobs, and stickiness on counters. I understand the staff has a lot of rooms to clean but I think they should do a deep clean every 6 months or so, especially the floors since it’s carpet. My baby was walking around barefoot & her feet were black after the first 30 minutes so we just put socks on her the rest of the stay & luckily my fiance & I brought slides. AC was good, but it would shake the wall so at night you can hear it through the wall & just have to get over the sound. But the vents need cleaning…they were DUSTY! Food was great! I loved how they had options & it was easy access. The only thing…THE BED!…the beds suck…they sink in & also the pillows. I would wake up with a headache every day & my fiance slept on the couch inside & he got bit up all around his legs & arms by some bugs we found on the couch. I think I can handle everything else but I wish they would’ve had nice beds, because that is a deal breaker for me. Other than that, it’s not a bad stay…just looking for my hotel room that I can confidently know they keep up with cleanliness & update their beds."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were there for five days and everyone from the front desk to the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Great location, in terms of the airport and expressways. The restaurant prices were reasonable, given it's a hotel. Just know that the menu is limited. The one downside is that they charge you $50 a night for parking. Overall, this is a good place to stay."
