"I have stayed here a few times and it’s convenient and safe. The walls are a bit thin, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The staff is always very helpful!"
"We enjoyed our stay :-) the property was older, but it was very clean and the staff was exceptional! This is an area that you would expect the properties to be older because the location is very good!! Great staff"

San Clemente is a beautiful little Spanish Beach town with amazing restaurants. It's kind of a sleepy town at night except for a few spots, but in the daytime it's vibrant and buzzing. It was a perfect little getaway for our family.

My visit to San Clemente was so relaxing. Walking the long trail along the beach was wonderful. I love the lavender matcha lattes At Caterina's. On a previous visit I toured Casa Romantica, it's so beautiful.

Great beaches and pier. But train running right next to beach detracts from the relaxing vibe .

San Clemente is a nice sleepy town to getaway. Albeit restaurants close early and the nightlife is pretty much only sports bars it is a nice breath of fresh air. If in downtown I recommend Seasurf restaurants happy hour, best bang for your buck.

There were some amazing restaurants in the area that are affordable. I myself really enjoyed Sonnys which was just up the road and Sancho's tacos, which was amazing. The inside was also covered in awesome art.

Love that it's not getting torn down and new buildings put up. Love the past being saved. Cool architecture b
"The room was nice and big. The only issue was that some of the bits in the room needed repair, but nothing major, which is what I expect from the hotel. Very quiet area, Nice pool and easy for us to get to the places we were travelling to. Having room keeping more or less 24/7 was a plus. We are looking at travelling to Orange County next year, and this hotel is definitely our 1st look if places are available"
"Gorgeous property with the pool and restaurant in beautiful, peaceful courtyards with trees, shade and sun. The staff is fantastic. The room is huge and attractive. We're loved this place!"
"First time stay here. Very convenient to the airport if you have an early flight. Clean comfortable nice bar and nice staff. Parking is a bit too much $$"
"A fantastic place to stay! The owners Dave and Ann Marie have worked diligently to create a unique space with and incredibly friendly vibe. Their attention to detail is evident throughout the property. From the outset they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Their motto of catering to surfers and nice people sets the tone and you will feel right at home. The location is fantastic, near everything San Clemente has to offer, and they’ll even set you up with a day of surfing if you wish.
Do yourself a favor, especially if you like to surf, or want to try, and be with good people, spend some time at the West Coast Surf and Stay, you’ll be glad you did."
