"The room was very clean and comfortable. Not fancy but the view of the ocean and being able to sit on the balcony was nice. The only real problem was the lack of wifi. It would only stay connected for a minute or two. The price was very good"

"Our first room. The heat was broke. They moved us to another room. The sheets and pillowcases are very worn. They feel very scratchy. The rooms were clean but carpet needs shampooing"

"The rooms were very basic, the walls very thin. TV was small with a grainy picture. They lock the hotel at midnight and I had to beat on the door for 30 minutes to get into the building after a wedding."

"Breakfast was wonderful with a varied selection Coffee grinding machines took a little longer but produced great coffee. Parking out front was limited. Only one elevator in center of building meat that you either dragged you suitcases up a flight of stairs or around to the front of building. "

"The location of the Inn is ideal. About a block to the beach and walking distance to Asbury Park main street. However the property itself shows signs of wear. The bedrooms are small and have uncomfortable beds. The room was very dusty and did not look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There is not a bathroom in the room, you have to use a shared bathroom with other guests. Over all the location is great but the property itself needs to be remodeled and cleaned. "
