"I don’t think anyone should make a first trip to Shanghai without spending a few days up high in the Grand Hyatt. What a view and the staff were helpful and supportive. Our only poor experience was a room service delivery served open (not under a cover) for which the hotel apologized and waved the charge. Other than that we got an early check-in and for a very small extra got a room with a simply jaw dropping river view. One piece of advice. If you want the extravagant breakfast be sure to book by the night before to enjoy a major discount in the charge."

The excellent location, clean room, and friendly and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Michael, for making us feel so welcome!"
