"Very convenient location about a 2 minute walk from metro station and bus station. Excellent wi-fi, excellent AC, clean room, staff willing to help in the early hours which was appreciated. The only drawback was I had difficulty getting hot water in the shower."

"Staff were very helpful and cordial especially the front desk as most interaction were with him( don’t remember his name as I met him during morning and afternoon shift)The only thing missing was dining area a/c as it was very hot and humid to eat down there , but I did hear someone trying to repair it."

"Great location - great food - bit of a building site "

"A very good mid-market hotel with a great location near Connaught Place Shopping Center and restaurants. The hotel is undergoing renovation so it’s difficult to accurately gauge the cleanliness and dust factor. The staff were always helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough. Great shower. Closets could use replacing."

"Nice stay in this hotel overall great experience I recommend to all visit in this hotel "

"Have stayed here on a few occasions and would pick this hotel every time I need to stay in this area. The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems. "Very pleasant stay good hotel for NRI "

"Absolutely great hostel vibes, perfect for solo travellers. Rooms are a good size. What made this the perfect stay are the staff who go out of their way to welcome you. In particular, want to say Arshi, Rajan and Zubin whose customer service skills are second to none! I am very thankful for their extended support. It's staff like these that make you return to Zostel"
