very friendly and attentive staff. great location

Stayed here for 2 nights with family of 8 people. Excellent location, just 5min walk to The Golden Temple (since it was so close, have to use the small auto for last leg of journey). Excellent rooms with AC and clean bathrooms. Has lift, so easier for parents. Excellent breakfast too, prepated fresh and sent to room. Also the staff here is so very helpful - that was the highlight of the property and they made our stay truly comfortable. They were always ready to give the best service and also...

We stayed as a family for 3 days in April. We were very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. At check in we advised that we required a cot for our 1 year old child and this was set up ready for us to check in. My son who is 6 years old suffers from severe food allergies and the first time we went to eat in the the hotel restaurant in the evening we notified the staff and the head chef came out and spoke to myself to ensure he understood the allergies and made notes. The chefs then...

Perfect location + Free Parking! Finding a hotel that is just a 5-minute walk to the Golden Temple AND provides excellent free parking is next to impossible in Amritsar, but Hotel KR delivers perfectly. The rooms are neat, the staff is courteous, and the proximity to the shrine makes it the ultimate place to stay. Save yourself the stress of city parking and book here!

Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Sheraton in Amritsar. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic selection of food at both breakfast and dinner. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff, who were always friendly, attentive and happy to help. A heartfelt thank you to Rahul, Rajat, Sushmita and Zorawar, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. A special thank you also to...

A new hotel....stayed there in the first month of its opening and found it to be excellent.Considering it was new, there was no sign of any of the teething troubles that normally are evident immediately after opening.Staff were very friendly and efficient. and the rooms were comfortable and stylish. The entire ambience of the Hotel was one of elegance and class. The spa was also of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel and staff would certainly recommend

Very fantastic hotel for the price , will recommend better then half of them 5 star hotels out there

Best part the hotel near to golden temple and good shopping Center. Staff very helpful and room newly renovated.

One of the best hotels to stay when you’re visiting Amritsar and specially Golden Temple. It’s just few seconds away from golden temple. And is always lit up. Very positive vibes. Staff of hotel is very accommodating and food from their restaurant is priced very reasonably low. And taste of their in-house food is good too. This would be my all time favourite hotel stay whenever I am in Amritsar.

I will give Kudus to Aiyush the front desk Guy who made my stay comfortable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my need and make sure I had a comfortable stay. I’ll visit again just for Aiyush( not sure if I had a correct spelling of his name) Thanks Rajeev

The breakfast was excellent. Even food was also good. Staff are soft spoken and curtios. Overall experience was good.

The food was amazing and the staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and insistant on us trying the indian food classics which was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were great, pool area was beautiful and spa looked great, unfortunately we didnt have time to try it. We have been to a lot of good hotels in other countries and this was up there with the best. Best part of the hotel was definitely the staff and also a mention to the driver on the courtesy transport to the Golden Temple,...
