"I spent two nights here. The room and bathroom was clean. I thought it was great budget hotel for the price. Fairly new property. I came in on the late train and it ran about 30 mins late. They arranged transportation for me. The owner even came with the driver and stayed ontop the time to ensure the driver was they waiting for me. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The hotel a quick short walk to the Golden temple. Great experience. Highly recommend for budget conscious traveler. They also arrange transportation to the Wagah boader parade. And booked train to my next stop. Very pleasant to work with. Both Golden temple and Wagah was the highlight of my trip there. "

"LOCATION: The location of this hotel was amazing. It is situated directly across from Sri Harmandir Sahib (the Golden Temple) and closest entrance is right across. You can even enjoy a beautiful view of the Golden Temple while having breakfast at the upstairs hotel restaurant. Because of the prime location, it was incredibly convenient to attend the early morning ceremony at around 3:30 a.m. and return later for the night ceremony at approximately 10:00–10:30 p.m. Attending both was a truly different and serene experience. The hotel is within walking distance of many souvenir shops, as well as a McDonald’s—one of only three vegetarian McDonald’s in the world. It was very convenient to take walks through the lovely streets filled with various shops and dining options. Amritsar Airport and Amritsar Train Junction are both relatively close, making Uber rides to and from the hotel easy and accessible. STAFF: All front desk staff were extremely pleasant, polite, accommodating, and respectful throughout our stay. HOTEL BREAKFAST: The breakfast options were very minimal, but the food was decent and the menu changed daily. ROOM AND CLEANLINESS: The room was decent but not very spacious. The window area was only a box cutout with no actual window, so there was no way to look outside or open it. However, since most of our time was spent exploring outside the hotel, this was not a major issue. The bathroom could benefit from renovation, as noticeable wear and tear was evident."

"The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple"

"We stayed in room 407. Room was good , spacious and great location. But the health faucet in the toilet was not functioning properly. Even after raising a complaint, it was not rectified. The shower gel in the bath area was not filled up. These made our stay a little uncomfortable. "
