"While our stay was good, I didn't enjoy the checkout clerk asking me directly what I would rate the property out of 10 and putting me in an awkward situation. Please ensure this doesn't happen again. Questions like this should be asked in private and not publicly in front of other customers. This made me embarassed."

"The rooms were small, bathrooms slippery, water supplied unclean. Food in Restaurant was stale. Felt overcrowded in lobby, Restaurant. Entry and departure staff were professional and friendly."
