Examples: my mother asked for a kettle to boil water in our room everyday and night for 3 days before one was provided. The kettle was dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and it did not work after they cleaned it. We were told to hand in our key before we go out if we wanted “room cleaning”. We handed in our key, went out for 4-5 hours and found that nobody had cleaned the room before we came back...

"Very poor.thy dont know how to behave perticular day reception staff.I paid 300 for earli check in and they refused to give me bill for what i paid.he said u can do what u want,we will not issue bill.getting bill for what i paid is my constitutional right. dont suggest this hotel.very poor that guy on reception was to rough to talk.plz dont get this hotel.even toilets are very dirty."
