Rooms were outdated and pretty dirty. Sofa and floor had very obvious stains all over them. There was syrup spilled onto the floor and left which we stepped in and smelled the entire time. Had kids with us and they had to sleep on a super old rickety fold out couch. It was a rough couple nights.

We arrived about 3:45 p.m. on 5/17/24. Front desk said 10th floor room was not ready and gave us a room on the 4th floor, we volunteered to wait and a few minutes later got the room on the 10th. I was confused why we weren't offered to wait. The wait staff in the dining room and breakfast were great! Friendly and welcoming. Overall, a good stay.

The Hotel was great and our view from the balcony was beautiful. The hotel staff and amenities were great. I cannot express how welcoming and kind the staff was. The pricing I feel was a little high but would I stay there again? YES!
