We love coming here , BUT if you use a 3rd party source to book they treat you like trash . Rude and direspectful as if you weren't worth the price plus deposit you spent to book a suite , then make you wait 3 hours to get your room them as soon as you get in theyre texting you how to check out !

We checked in late, and requested for ozone generator the receptionist told us that we have to wait for an hour before we can go in the room. But we waited for more than 2hrs till someone get the ozone generator. They said they will refund me for inconveniences since that was 1am already. But didnt receive any compensation.

There was no complimentary bottles of water in the room or in the fridge there was no coffee maker. No stationary pen my room didn't have a box of tissues. The water pressure in the shower was weak Food options poor and what was decent was very expensive. Charging for Wi-Fi per day. Disappointed at the food at the poolside had the mushroom burger managed to eat the mushroom and a side of fruit only. Gift shop for snacks and water very expensive, this was my first time here and I've stayed at other resorts so I have a lot to compare it too.

The hotel overall was nice. The room was nice. Hell’s Kitchen was amazing. However it took us over 45 minutes to check in because they only had one person working the front desk. Then in the morning (an hour and half before check out) housekeeing came knocking and bugging to clean out the room and they didn’t speak English at all

I recently stayed at Harrah's and can only give it 2/5 stars. Our "by the pool" room had a view of air conditioners and was dirty with mold and cobwebs. The staff refused to switch rooms, citing policy. The lazy river required a $45 tube, and adults needed photo ID for pool towels and bracelets, causing unnecessary hassle. The hotel was overcrowded, overpriced, and understaffed, with long lines and priority given to Diamond Club Members. Harrah's staff lacked genuine customer service and politeness, focusing on rigid policies. Meh, I won't be returning any time soon.

We stayed here over the weekend (father’s day). We went with a toddler. The best part about this hotel is their pools. Since we came with a toddler so we hung out by the lazy river the entire day. The whole casino area smells like cigarettes. Our room was clean. Didnt have housekeeping during our stay which we didn’t need. We would come here again just for the pool.
