For the price, the hotel was average pool is very crowded and hallways were stuffy and smelly. The rooms are nice but bathroom is outdated and old. No shampoo, no refill of towels and decent room service could have been better.

Run down, even our toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall. Pool area was always overflowing with trash and used towels. Had to grab a towel fast before they were gone. Hotel never notified us that they were closing down their main, larger pool for a party on one of the days of our stay. Felt like it should have been our decision to stay there or not.

Overall, the hotel is a nice but housekeeping did not clean my room when they were suppose to. We had to call all day to get towels and toilet paper. Management didn’t call us until that night. Other staff was great. Angel, Tyrone, and Kerry were great and pleasant. Housekeeping needs to improve making sure they service all rooms especially those that ask for service

We booked a weekend stay during Memorial Day weekend for a girls trip and had the best time! The room was very clean and beds were comfortable! The staff were all amazing and very accommodating, alyssa at front desk is a sweetheart and deserves to be recognized. Chris from maintenance/security was super friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew at front desk was awesome as well. The girl at the lone pool tending the bar was a champ! She was slammed busy and held it down like a pro, she deserves a raise. Overall we had such a good time and would love to return in the near future.

The property pulled a bait and switch. Staff were not updated on private LGBDBQ party that was apparently scheduled for Saturday limiting the entire property to a smaller pool. Let alone VERY risqué and inappropriate behavior at large pool party with kids in the general area. Bar staff and middle management was overwhelmed and not prepared for a holiday weekend. Very poor senior management at the core of the issue and we will not be staying at this property or ANY other Margaritaville location in the future. A refund of some sort would have been requested from the hotel if we had not booked via Expedia. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will likley not use Expedia again because of this limitation!
