"We arrived early and checked in right away. The staff at the receptionist desk was nice and pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel is in front of Amsterdam Central Station. The hotel is conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning with their great selections of hot and cold food. Smoked salmon was served everyday yum! We would definitely stay here again given the chance.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.Even hot water from the reception facilities had to be paid for!

"10/10 - perfect location - very close to central train station and tram. VERY walkable to any area of interest/shopping/food/historical. Excellent restaurants just across the street - Indian, Ramen (best ramen I’ve ever had), pizza…staff and amenities were amazing. Always prompt and cheerful! Rooms and bathroom very spacious and modern. Lots of fun extras like free wine and cheese social everyday, cookies, stroopewafel. You can also pick out a house plant for your stay and the bring it to your room- loved this idea. Lots of little things like a cheerful smile and greeting each and every time you entered and exited the building. Concierge very helpful. One of the best hotel experiences ever! "
