Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it...
