"Nice room, staff looked after any concerns we had with room. It was great seeing monkeys on the balcony in the mornings. The staff were amazing, Fajar, Ari, Nani, Krishna, Nathan, Widnayana… just to name a few! We loved seeing them everyday. Bed was so comfy and loved the private pool and jacuzzi. Location was great! It was nice and quiet and peaceful, but still not too far to go into town. "

"It was my first trip to Bali and the offering can be overwhelming. I chose Como Uma Ubud because I wanted to be in a more quiet and relaxing environment, experiencing the rainforest and the infamous rice terraces, which I consider more typical for Bali. The stay was an absolute outstanding experience from start till end. I felt very well looked after and treated with a very warm welcome. The offerings from daily morning yoga and other activities, as well as pampering massages were simply perfect. My request to explore the rice terraces if possible off the touristic path was met with the highest standards. Made, their head of experience guided me along the terraces along with such knowledge and expertise. It was stunning. A regular shuttle is offered to get to Ubud centre, although it’s also possible to walk (this takes up to 40min in this heat it’s not for everyone and the shuttle the preferred transportation option). A very big thank you to the entire staff. You made my stay very special!"

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! Staff couldn’t do enough and everyone, from ground staff to housekeeping to management should be proud of your customer services, a truly fantastic experience, my wife and I can’t wait to come back."
