"Used The Nest on Saratoga Lake as our base of operations while attending the Saratoga Jazz Festival at SPAC. Stayed in the Owl's Den room, which is one flight up; not too many stairs for these seniors. Communication before we arrived was smooth, and the location is easy to find. Parking was right in front. Especially liked the no-contact registration; you just go to your (keypad locked) room! The view of the lake and surroundings is stunning! The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Amenities included DirectTV, extra bedding in case it got cold, a few toiletries, snacks and bottled water. Towels were big and the enclosed shower stall was nice and hot. Outside the room were a microwave, Keurig coffee machine and pods, and small fridge. Very convenient! Also convenient was the attached restaurant, Dock Brown's. Service and food were great! Even got to sample an ale I had not heard of: Grateful Dead Juicy Pale Ale. And it was excellent."

"The staff at the Comfort Inn were fabulous! The evening desk attendant was extremely helpful in trying to find us nearby accommodations for our return trip home a week later. We like this hotel so much that we wanted to stay at the same location on our way home. The hotel was booked but he called around to several nearby hotels checking availability for us. He truly went above and beyond. The next day when we experienced car trouble, a. different desk attendant helped us to locate a reputable service garage. The room was excellent; clean, modern, spacious and with very comfortable beds and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and the dining area was neat and clean. I feel like we got outstanding value for the price and would highly recommend to others."
