The staff was very nice. I arrived very early and while my room wasn’t ready I could use the spa, had a shower and enjoyed time at the pool while waiting.
The breakfast was great, I was looking forward to it every morning.

We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. There was also a separate small washroom. Outside, there was a full length balcony running the length of the lounge and bedroom. The hotel itself is in a fantastic area that felt very safe well into the...

Great hotel in a central location. The pool area was fantastic. The breakfast was in the cafe next door so it’s more of a restaurant style.
Overall a great place to stay in São Paulo.

Upon arrival, we were able to check in 7 hours early for a small fee. The staff are 24/7 which helps with any queries you might have. The security system is top notch - only opens through your face.
As for the maintenance of the property it was well kept however we did have an issue with our bathroom toilet which was speedily resolved and we were moved to a different room.
All in all I am quite pleased with my experience.
