Nice breakfast and lovely staff

All was good. The hotel is very clean. Bed very comfortable. Only shame is lack of sunshine on the roof top pool

The staff was very nice. I arrived very early and while my room wasn’t ready I could use the spa, had a shower and enjoyed time at the pool while waiting. The breakfast was great, I was looking forward to it every morning.

We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. Great hotel in a central location. The pool area was fantastic. The breakfast was in the cafe next door so it’s more of a restaurant style. Overall a great place to stay in São Paulo.

Only stayed one night so can't say to much clean hotel nice staff and a great filling breakfast not English more fruit and bread and cereal but very tasty and filling

Great central location near good shopping mall, parks and art museum. Their gym and pool are really good.
