"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."

Good points: Very nice pool and outdoor bar area Very good restaurant (although very expensive) Great breakfast Friendly staff Bad points: Both our sink and shower waste were very slow to drain, this meant the shower flooded out the cubical and into the bathroom The bathroom smelt bad (assume to do with the wastes again) On site parking expensive (€25 per day) and could be (should be?) subsidised for guests of the hotel The layout of the hotel is confusing - not much they can do about this, it’s multiple buildings combined, and the change in ground levels across the property does not help. The lifts are terrible"

The location is very central and convenient—easy access to public transportation and a great base for exploring the city. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hotel with everything you need for a smooth stay in Lisbon."
