"Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet at the back. We appreciate the water, coffee and cookies in the lobby. "

"The staff was great. The breakfast was OK. The place was generally clean. It was close to a very rough area. My one complaint is that I understand. It’s a business hotel but my wife and I were there on vacation and we booked a junior suite and the room only had one chair and an ottoman and one desk chair. There were no comfortable chairs for the two of us to relax."

"Staff was very rude and slow took them an hour to bring an extra pillow and the room wasn’t the cleanest"

"Shuttle was great. This hotel is really beat up. You could see daylight under the front door. The shower curtain didn't come down to the floor so when you showered water went all over the bathroom and out into the dressing area. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Bed was clean."
