"Para comenzar no tenían la llave de la habitación lo que causó que debíamos quedarnos en ella porque el de resepcion, abrió y dejó sin llave … primero nos hizo ir a una que ya estaba ocupada. Los pasillos sucios, mala atención, olor a cigarrillo… no volvería a ir ."

"One of the lowest cost motels in the area but I thought given it was part of Wyndham it would be good. I was as wrong as I could get. Overall, my worst hotel experience. The check in was good but someone had just been smoking in the elevator. The room was very run down. There were burn holes in the bedspread. A bit strange for a no smoking room. The bed was comfortable enough. The TV didn't come on and there was no internet wi-fi signal at all. I went downstairs and told the woman working and she just threw up her hands and said something like I know. She found a guy who got the tv working but couldn't do anything about the internet. The next morning, I told the manager I had to have a room with internet, or I would have to leave and that afternoon they finally gave me a different room. Even though it was nicer overall, it had exactly the same internet problem. Why put me in another room with no internet? The only place the internet worked was near the office. Thank heavens Taco Bell nearby has free wi-fi nearby and is open late. There were other issues too. The first morning I was woken up early by someone yelling in the hallway and pounding on a room door. It wasn't just a one-time thing. Two other times I was woken up in the middle of the night by different people yelling and fighting. One time the police even came. Another morning, I heard loud pounding on a neighboring door and someone yelling "wake up b***, wake up". The breakfast was basic was good at least."

"This is a good basic motel. The bed was comfortable and the internet was pretty good. Staff was friendly. I'm not sure why I had to get my room key reset three times though. Also, there was a desk in one corner but the chair wobbled a lot and felt like it was on the verge of breaking. Definitely need a better chair or just take that one out. The room met my needs but one seriously disappointing thing was that no one came to clean the room even once and after almost a week there it badly needed it. I took the garbage out myself a few times. An ice machine would be nice too but not essential. Overall a good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there for a short time."

"Customer service was ok. Maintenance guy was needed because room 106 had a a/c unit with no vent cover. Also it needs to be disconnected from the electricity and cleaned out. That thing can be blowing bad air. But Customer service and house keeping was there."
