Such a disappointing stay. At check in the room wasn’t ready and I was asked on which floor I preferred to stay, without specifying that there would be a difference in the fare. No information was given on breakfast timings and location, spa access and other practicalities. Staff were polite but ...

Excellent location and clean room and staffs were very kind.Especially all kind of free coffees and drinking water were very helfful and convient so that we didn't have to buy and carry heavy waters.
