"The service was excellent, ladies from the reception were absolutely kind and lovely with me and my children when we arrived on Saturday night. The room was clean and we had a very good rest as the beds and pillows are very comfortable. "The lady on reception upgraded me to a King room from a Queen. Very friendly, arranged a taxi for me, as due to the local council Uber's don't go from there. Room service was good, food lovely. Breakfast, great selection & the lady & gentleman there today were very welcoming. The gentleman in a very smart suit was old school, I hope he doesn't mind me saying that but he was full of the traditional values of the hotel, he has worked there for 40 years. Will be back thank you."

"No lift to rooms, not too much of a problem for us as only one flight of stairs. Room was very large and bed comfortable but was so hot, no air con on a very hot day which is understandable in England but the radiators were on. Biggest disappointment for us was breakfast, all self service and the cooked items looked like they had hardly seen the pan. For the price would have expected some cooked to order items."

"Stopped here a few times. Next to the airport, so great location for it. Check in was very easy. Rayeem (hope my memory is correct) was extremely friendly and pleasant. Quieter than you would expect and other people were considerate through the night.(I had some bad news late at night and didn't sleep). Got up at 4.30 and went down for the 'Grab and Go' breakfast and was pleasantly surprised that you could sit and have cereals and hot coffee along with croissants and muffins. "
