"Extremely rude woman at the front desk. "

"We were so disappointed that the pool was under renovation. I specifically booked this hotel because they (and Expedia) advertised 1. the proximity to Disneyland, 2. the pool and 3. the shuttle to the park. As of March 31, 2026 there is no longer a shuttle, and the pool was under construction. Could not have been more disappointed."

"A nice, very basic option within waking distance to Disney. The front desk staff and all other staff were friendly and helpful. The AC was great and the room was quiet. Liked the 11am check out time. "

"We've stayed here several times. The only downside was the fan in the bathroom wasn't working so a shower seemed like a sauna. I mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out."

"Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. It was walking distance to Disneyland, many restaurant options nearby, and easy accessibility to parking. This is an older motel that seems to be making efforts to get better. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately had some loud neighbors which made for some trouble sleeping. The air conditioning is older and made some noise. Other amenities were fine and always had a hot shower. Staff here is great. Our fire detecter battery needed to be changed and they were fixing it within minutes without any inconvenience. Great price for what you’d expect from a hotel like this. "
