Very good room for solo travelers or two friends max, close from many city landmarks and many restaurants and cafes around so it’s no difficult to find something to eat.. staff are friendly

It is a very comfortable hotel, in good shape and with very helpful staff. Whenever we had a question or request, they were ready to assist us. The rooms were clean and well kept, all necessary stuff was in the room available. The location of the hotel is on the edge of the centre. If you’re searching for a hotel to stay in Almaty but you’re put off by the room rates at the Ritz-Carlton, my advice is get a temporary second job to increase your budget because this hotel, their staff and the facilities are worth every penny of the cost. The staff are second to none in their attention to detail, their anticipation of your requirements and going the extra mile to make your stay not just good but verging on the magical! The management deserve an accolade for achieving such a...

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice. Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay Note that entrance has some steps.

The location of the hotel is great, staff were extremely friendly on every occasion, room was very nice and clean, all in all an amazing stay

Great hotel in a very convenient location, will definitely stay there again

Staff very helpful and polite, rooms very clean

It’s perfect for a short stay. The location is great too - you’ve got everything around there!

A decent hotel for a couple of nights, pretty central and fairly modern. Good value for money as well. Parking was a bit strange, in a cramped car park with very limited space.
