Modern hotel in downtown Almaty.

Clean and modern hotel. Loved the refillable glass water jugs. Responsive room service. The sauna was nice and hot too.

Good choice for Almaty

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Decor was modern and neat. Location is nice with lots nearby to do, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods.

Good choice in Almaty

Very nice option in Almaty in a walkable area with lot of restaurants. The room was very new and clean and well-appointed with a great shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints, and would happily stay there again.

Average hotel but conveniently located and reasonably priced. I have stayed here numerous times, so I would expect a small mark of recognition after many stays, but it sticks to the bare minimum. The late check-out was appreciated, though.

The staff is very helpful and cordial. The location of the hotel is very nice. However, there are many shortcomings in such a large hotel. Room prices are around 150 dollars, but there is no water in the rooms, there is a jug. You fill your own water from the machines in the corridors. Environmentalism etc. There are coffee cups in the rooms, but no coffee, no tea, no kettle. There is no hand and face drying towel in the bathroom, there is only one foot towel, but no bathrobe. Clothes and shoe closets are tiny and open. If your shoes smell, the smell will spread throughout the room. I stayed for 5 nights in total. The first two nights were very cold. However, due to the summer season, the air conditioners were not heating the rooms and they were turned off. I said I was very cold, they said they could give me an extra blanket if you want. When I called Hotels.com and submitted my complaint, they brought me a stove. The breakfast is extremely inadequate considering the size and prices of the hotel.
