Search Hotels Suites in Almaty

If you’re searching for a hotel to stay in Almaty but you’re put off by the room rates at the Ritz-Carlton, my advice is get a temporary second job to increase your budget because this hotel, their staff and the facilities are worth every penny of the cost. The staff are second to none in their attention to detail, their anticipation of your requirements and going the extra mile to make your stay not just good but verging on the magical! The management deserve an accolade for achieving such a...

This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay...

Very good room for solo travelers or two friends max, close from many city landmarks and many restaurants and cafes around so it’s no difficult to find something to eat.. staff are friendly

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice. Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay Note that entrance has some steps.

It is a very comfortable hotel, in good shape and with very helpful staff. Whenever we had a question or request, they were ready to assist us. The rooms were clean and well kept, all necessary stuff was in the room available. The location of the hotel is on the edge of the centre. We love to walk and therefore it was not an issue for us to access the main sights. Also every day there were local taxi drivers offering their services around the hotel. One the one hand, there is no nice view from...

Great hotel in a very convenient location, will definitely stay there again

The location of the hotel is great, staff were extremely friendly on every occasion, room was very nice and clean, all in all an amazing stay

The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...
