"It’s in a good location right near Dostyk, but you get a tiny room with a loud location beware. The shower curtain rod literally fell down in my shower. You get what you pay for"

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."

"I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating, but it came up short in many areas. The room was comfortable but housekeeping was minimal. I checked in on Sunday and didn't see a fresh towel until Thursday. Bed was never made during my week - long stay. No hot water the last two times I took a shower. Noisy!
