Well they could not find my booking. In nutshell after 2 hours of arguing where they called someone they assumed knew more and who told them to refuse me a room as they didn't have me in the system. They said they didn't know hotels.com and confirmation should have come from OYO to which I said I don't know who they are. I...

"It was indeed a terrible experience , first of all it took 2 hours to loacte the hotel, and finally when we reached the hotel it was a big disappointment to see the hotel abd its room, the linen was old, the mattress was not as per expectation. This room should not have been priced more that ₹999."
