A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. We arrived on the Friday afternoon, they let us check in at 2.30pm even though check in isn't until 3pm as our room was ready! The room was great, very clean and we brought our dog with us, they even provided a dog bowl and food mat for him- which we where very impressed with.. the whole weekend was just suburb, all the staff where great and nothing was to much trouble, they even let us have breakfast in the lounge area so that our dog could sit with us. We would defiantly go back!

Excellent hotel, the service in all the areas of the hotel was great from the dining room staff to the bar and therapists in the spa and on reception. The hotel it’s self was lovely, the guest experience was really thought through at every stage, as there were so many little touches throughout that really made your stay more comfortable and special. The hotel and grounds were maintained to a really high standard. Overall an excellent hotel and we look forward to returning!

This is without doubt the quirkiest and nicest place we have ever visited. The decor and art work is amazing. The staff are exceptional. Each room has a different theme, art work and accessories. On arrival we were greater by a friendly member of staff, checked in nice and smoothly. The room was very nice, had coffee machine, smart tv air con etc. We stayed in a Junoir sweet and only got a double bed so had a bad sleep but other than that there wasn't any conolaints. The food in the restutant was delicious! I had the pork belly followed by sticky toffee pudding. And breakfast was nice aswell so I would recommend it and I shall be returning
