Staff good. Room very clean and new. View good. Bed good. Large room needed two comfortable chairs but had poor desk chair and uncomfortable low armchair. Shower had no appropriately located hand rail so I could not use it. Food in the restaurant should be avoided: presentation over-rides quality and much is inedible. Breakfast provides enormous choice, quality is mediocre and wastage must be horrific

Hilton West End Southampton Excellent

We had a lovely time at the Hilton.We came for the Cricket and found the hotel to be a perfect choice. The Receptionist was very helpful. Room was lovely. We had breakfast and that was really good quality and good value. If your down this way give yourself a real treat and stay at the Hilton West End
