Clean and nice decorative, but very limited space. Staffs are nice and friendly. Temperature of hot tube should be adjustable, but couldn’t, it’s a pity that it is not hot enough for us.

A very well-kept and quaint bed & breakfast. Staff is very friendly. This is a great choice to stay near the Southhampton cruise port.

Excellent! We were greeted by lovely staff on arrival, at breakfast and on leaving the hotel. The hotel was so clean, the room was warm and decorated to a high standard, could not fault the hotel. The selection at breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and high quality produce, we chose the cooked breakfast which was lovely. Thank you for a great stay!

Our room was very comfortable and we didn't hear anybroqd noise whichbwas suprising. Staff were helpful, which was especially good as car park was very busy.

Nice Hotel
Hotel was clean and tidy, some parts a little dated, other than that fine. Meals in the restaurant were very good. choice though was limited for a 5 day stay. I was concerned that it would be noisy being on the main road into Southampton but it really wasn't.
