The property itself, location, and host were all excellent. The house is fantastic, and our bedroom very spacious. Breakfast was a 10 dollar voucher each for a nearby diner, which was also very nice. Would stay here again if we went back to Salem.

We stayed at the Yacht Haven Inn & Marina in Boston for a few days in August 2022, a family of 5 travelling from the UK, and I have to say the experience was fantastic. The staff were really helpful, a shout out to Corey and Mo, from the front desk, who made us feel very welcome, and provided advice and local knowledge, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and looks stunning, but is also so well positioned, just a few minutes walk to North End, to other...

The house is clean, very presentable and comfortable. After taking the curtesy bus from Logan airport to the waterfront, the water taxi which takes 10 mins and costs $10 pp. We took the Salem ferry at $17pp across to Salem. I'm ashamed to say i fell asleep on the ferry after the long flight from London and so missed the scenery. The lady in the Salem ferry booking office was kind enough to call me a taxi. The ferry man was kind enough to help us with our heavy case. I knew i was among...

Our stay at this hotel was for our 40th wedding anniversary. The front desk staff were amazing. The building was the old custom house and is one of Boston's oldest buildings and due to the narrowness of the building there are only 4 suites from floor 4 to 19. My husband is in a wheelchair and can only walk a few steps with a walking frame or elbow crutches. The room we were allocated due to my not advising the hotel of my husband's disabilities, was not suitable as it had a narrow passageway...

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever, the staff were absolutely lovely and most accommodating, I arrived very late but still received a warm welcome. Great room and great room service. Oh and one of the more impressive minibars I've yet to come across!!!

Excellently located for Boston College. Stayed 5 nights and on 2 nights my room wasn’t serviced , this was disappointing. The view pass and the railcards are a nice touch. Breakfast was fine but would have expected more choice for the cost. This is a very expensive hotel and I’d think twice about coming again. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful.
