"Repairs due to a lack of finishing work, need to be done in areas. There was a hole in the wall where a door stop should be, to keep the door handle from making a hole. The shower door is a weird set up, where you cannot reach to turn on the shower before stepping in. The iron did not hold water and leaked all over after adding water. People loitering out in the parking area and by entrance is not a good first impression. Not bad….but needs to be a lot better to get more stars. "

"Property is old but clean. Had one mishap with our pull out sofa being left dirty from prior guests...called to the front desk and was told there was only one person working that night and that I could come get clean linens. Problem was rectified I suppose but considering there were someone's fake nails in the bed...expected a little more. "

"When I booked the room, it was because there was an advertised stove. The listing said I could get a room with pots/pans or bring my own. I brought my own but when I got up early Saturday morning to cook breakfast, the stove said E1. I called the front desk and was told I needed induction pans. I questioned if they had some, I was told to call back ar normal hours but the last time they checked, there were none. This was at 5:30a because we had somewhere to be at 7:30a. When we left at 7:30, the desk was covered. I came back about 8a and the desk was sill closed. When I left again at 11:30a; I asked about pots and pans, my room number was noted and the gentleman said he would check. I never received an answer. It was not advertised that induction pans were requires. There were also four people, three males and one female sleeping in the lobby when I left this morning at 7:15a. The front desk was still covered and closed. I wasted my money to stay somewhere where I could not use the amenities as advertised and no one assisted with trying to obtain pots/pans."

"When I got in my room there was small brown spots on the sheets. I called down to the office to let them know and the front desk person brought me a sheet to change myself. Then around 4:30 in the morning I reached for my cup on the night stand to get something to drink and a roach was on my cup! I almost put my mouth on that cup. I got up got dressed and left! There was no one at the front desk when I got down stairs so I just left! I do not recommend staying there"

"breakfast was about a 3/10. not as clean as the rating says online. A/c and TV didn’t work. Didn’t want to give us extra towels and wash clothes for everyone in the room. it was two wash cloths and five of us to a room. didn’t have a blanket and pillow for the pull out sofa "
