"Upon entering we learned that the Hotel is under construction with serious noise from 8-5pm. We had no choice but to deal as refund was not an option. If we were informed prior we would have made alternative arrangements. My son is autistic and has serious concerns with noise. We could not stay and utilize the hotel without his anxiety and made the stay very uncomfortable. I felt the stay would have been fine without construction and paying full service fee for stay leaves us in a quandary to stay with Hotel.com in the future. We should have had advance warning Eddie 646-529-0887"

"My husband and I stayed here while attending a concert nearby, and overall we had a decent experience. We slept well and found the room comfortable, which is always a plus after a long night out. There were a few downsides, though. The noise level was a bit frustrating, as people in nearby rooms were frequently slamming doors, which made it hard to fully relax at times. Breakfast options were also pretty limited. That said, for the price you pay, it’s somewhat understandable. One other issue was checkout—ours was supposed to be at 12 PM, but housekeeping started knocking on the door around 11 AM, which felt a bit rushed. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, especially if you just need a place to sleep after an event, but be aware of a few minor inconveniences."
