"We arrived at nearly 6:00pm amd our room was still not ready. The bathroom door (a pocket door) was broken and we had to lift it to close it, and we could not get it to close all the way. The pool was empty. The drink and snack vending machines on our floor were out of order. There usually was no one at the front desk. The breakfast was coffee, juice, waffles, 2 cereals, bread, butter, grape jelly and bagels (no cream cheese), banans and apples. That was it. I was pretty disappointed. I will say that the air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. "

"Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was far to low on the wall for my 6'6" frame. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or it was broken. The breakfast items were sparse and there were no coffee cups available. The person at the front desk appeared bored and uncaring. The room needs a complete make over and the property is in need of maintenance. Not horrible but I'm sure there are better options in the area"

"We arrived at the hotel on a Thursday and check in time was 3 o’clock and we were told that the room isn’t ready they are getting it cleaned, as we were waiting several customers came in and were given a room, I asked if there is another room available and my question was dismissed, she stated they are working on it now, still waiting and the office staff is in the office laughing and have a great time while you have customers waiting like go help housekeeping if you don’t have anything to do. The pool is not working and with the signs they have up it’s not just a temporary thing. We booked that hotel for that amenity, you can’t afford to fix your pool? Breakfast was good and dining room was clean coffee was great. Our key card stopped working so if you park in the back be prepared with your hands full to have to walk around, I would stay here again only if guaranteed my room would be ready and the pool is fixed, so check ahead before you book because I guarantee you that pool sign has been up for awhile. "

"Though an older motel, room was clean, beds were nice with the bed cover felt like home. Room very clean and quiet. Five or six eateries within a five minute walk. Breakfast of waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread and coffee seemed a little slight but more than enough for me. Excellent hotel for the price. Will definetly stay here again!"
