"The property is less than 10 mins drive from Terminal 3 of the IGI Airport. I had requested the hotel for the airport pickup and the service was excellent. The check-in was a breeze and the staff was super courteous. I was made to feel really special by Owais and he acknowledged the fact that we had young kids. He completed the check-in within 5 mins and my family was so happy with the treatment and the room. Everything else was fantastic. The customer service and the breakfast variety was much better than many other hotels I have experienced around the world."

"Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?"
