"Booked a 2 queen room. Unavailable on arrival - family of 5 stuck in a single King room for the first night. Room cleanliness was 3/5. Furniture in rough shape. Linens were clean. Pool - dirty w hair and dirt everywhere. Breakfast was a mess - no milk for cereal, no juice, soda machine tasted bizarre. The saving grace was the Front Desk staff trying to make the best of what must be an impossible job - shout out to Ramona and Ellyot for their help accommodating the impossible situation they found themselves in."

"Don't let the advertisement influence your booking. Breakfast buffet is contingent to occapancy. If low in occupancy your breakfast is not buffet. Option during our stay frozen egg, crusted over gravy and biscuits. No cereal, juice options, no other protein. Pancakes... Instruction take from Tupperware and microwave for 15 seconds. Toaster oven was unplugged and filled with sheet pans. Breakfast manager was in dining area, I asked is this the buffet? She replies "yes" I said this is far from a buffet that is advertised... Her response "I haven't had any complaints" I said, until now. She shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me. False advertisement at its finest!! "

"I only spent one night, but the hotel is clean, has a good breakfast, friendly staff, and a great airport shuttle. Good place to stay."

"The stay was fine but the pool and jacuzzi area closing at 6pm on Saturday night is less than ideal....is this the no fun zone?"
