4/5 - Good
Very quiet area My aunt used to live here and it has changed for better - cinema in teh back of the hotel, more shops and pub next door - which is open till much later than hotel

Can't recommend this hotel enough - great location, amazing view. Make sure to pay additional for a Tower Bridge view - truly worth it!
